Security of transactions

The company takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of transactions and the confidentiality of transactions and personal data, using information and communication technologies.

In this context and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, the company makes every effort to use appropriate tools and technical means depending on the type of data it collects and processes and applies all appropriate organizational measures to provide the legally required security of electronic transactions and data privacy (personal or not). All information collected by the company is confidential, and its use is to the extent legally required and for the purpose of performing the services provided as indicated above. The company does not disclose information about its clients except in the case of their express consent or if required by court order or law.

All payments made by card are processed through Alpha Bank’s electronic payment platform “Alpha e-Commerce” and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
