Delivery times

The customer will receive electronic notification of the estimated delivery time of the products. The delivery time depends on the availability of the products and in any case will not exceed 30 working days (except for international orders).

Cases of availability
  • Readily available
    In case the product is readily available, delivery is made within 10 to 15 working days from the drawing up of the contract.
  • Not available
  • The product is out of stock
  • The product is discontinued
    The company undertakes to inform customers in a timely manner about the availability or not of the products, either with a relevant indication on the company’s website, or with an informative message after sending the order within two working days from the submission of the order.
  • Upon order
    The product will be searched at a supplier of the company and the customer will receive information about availability, final cost and estimated delivery time.

How to send

The products will be shipped free of charge throughout Greece with our own trucks or through a transport company of the company’s choice to the address indicated by the buyer. The customer is also not charged with shipping costs if he picks up the products himself from a GRECO STROM store of his choice. The free shipping is not only valid in remote areas and deliveries will be charged in consultation with the GRECO STROM store of the customer’s choice and depending on the distance of the customer’s address from the store.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost where it arises is determined depending on the quantity of products in the order, the place and method of shipment and the applicable price list of the transport company.
