– When does the GRECO STROM guarantee start?

The guarantee starts from the date of purchase and receipt of the product, which is verified by the proof of purchase, for this reason it is always necessary to present the receipt or the invoice.

When is the GRECO STROM guarantee valid?

The guarantee of good functioning of the company’s furniture – products is valid only when the instructions for proper use are followed and for as long as the period of time indicated, from the date of purchase until the expiry of the time frame, as determined by the company. The company within the framework of the management of the warranty and if a defect is found, which may be due to extremely rare cases of production failure, must repair the product or part of it, without any financial burden on the customer, beyond that of the cost of transport. In the event that the fault is not repairable and the fault of the customer has been excluded only then the company must make a replacement, without any financial charge to the customer, beyond the cost of transport. Under no circumstances will the purchase price be refunded.

The guarantee is NOT VALID…

in cases of damage or damage caused by misuse:

  • Scratches, dents, dents, breaks, burns, lack of cleanliness
  • Humidity (mould appearance)
  • Inappropriate use of cleaning agents or other products
  • Exposure to external environmental conditions (solar radiation, humidity & all exogenous factors)
  • Incorrect assembly
  • Incorrect transfer
  • Inappropriate storage
  • Natural disasters
  • Damage from pets
  • Wrong dimensions from customer. Please note that the dimensions of the beds are communicated based on the dimension of the mattress (e.g. AURA bed for mattress 160 x 200 cm).
The outer dimension of the bed is always larger and varies according to the headboard design and the type of base.
  • Sensory and aesthetic issues
  • Parasitic insects (bugs, fleas, etc.)

In these cases (except for parasitic insects, where a fumigation procedure by specialized crews is required), the company can determine the extent of the damage and carry out a repair procedure at a cost, which is borne by the customer.

The guarantee of good operation and proper use of the products does not include and does not cover the dispatch of the company’s technician as well as the transport costs that may arise and relate to the transport for inspection, repair or even replacement, complete or partial, from and to the place where the product is located.

The guarantee of good functioning applies only to the product and not to the visit of the technician or the transport of the product.

  • The lifetime of a product is inextricably linked to following and ensuring the right conditions of use.
  • Find out about the maintenance instructions in good time.
  • Do not hesitate to consult in time the technical department of the company in order to guide you safely and responsibly in the management and resolution of any issue that may arise.
  • Any intervention, repair attempt should be made by an authorized workshop or technician or partner of the company. In any other case the warranty is void.
  • To move a product, you should not drag it, but lift it.
  • In case of moving, the product must be disassembled, carefully packed to avoid damage or deterioration and then assembled according to the instructions for use.
  • The headboards must rest against a wall.
  • Do not overload storage areas with heavy, bulky items.
  • Prevent children from jumping on your bed or sofa. Apart from the damage, which may be beyond repair at cost, there is a serious risk of accidents for children.
  • Great care should be taken in the use of cleaners that may alter the texture and colour of the fabric or the glazes of the wooden surfaces of the furniture.
  • The lifespan of sofa seat cushions depends on the careful use. If you sit on the same side all the time, without following the process of rotating the seats, unevenness in the surface can be caused. The sofa seat is designed to accommodate your body across its entire surface. If you are constantly sitting on the edge the stability and static of the seat may be affected to the extent that it cannot be repaired even with the proper charge.
  • Because all the materials used to make the beds and sofas are completely new and untreated, don’t be alarmed by the smell of new. It will simply take a few days of adequate ventilation of the room in order for the perfectly normal characteristic smell of the new product to gradually subside. The same applies to wooden, varnished or unvarnished furniture.
  • It is forbidden to sit on the back or arms of the sofa.
  • The insert material of bed cushions, decorative pillows, sofa cushions, sofa cushions is NOT PLEASABLE. In the case of removable covers (headboards, bases, etc.), the cleaning method is CLEANING CLEANING.
  • Due to the difference in light absorption, reflection and light transmission of the fabric, there may be differences in the shade of the fabric, both in comparison to the sample and from topi to topi.
ATTENTION !

  • If you will be doing the initial installation yourself, before you untie the mechanism, place the wheels on the floor and put the mattress on top, without the mattress opening suddenly and risking injury.
CLOSING MECHANISM:
Place your left hand on the bed, hold it lightly and with your right hand pull the strap in one movement, pressing the bed with your left hand until it closes.
OPENING MECHANISM:
Slide the sliding mechanism completely out of the bed. Make sure that there is no obstruction when opening and pull the strap until you hear the characteristic “click” sound of its end.
  • For the correct and safe operation of the storage mechanism crate, the mattress must be placed on the crate.
  • It is necessary to inform the company about existing difficulties regarding access and safe delivery of the bed or sofa (narrow or internal stairs etc.) so that the company can arrange for the use of a lift, with the appropriate charge.
  • Instructions for fitting or removing and refitting a removable cover.
  • The company is not responsible for any damage that may be caused during the transport of the products, when transport companies are involved and if the products have been delivered in perfect condition.
  • The company is responsible for the transport, when the products are transported by its own means.
